Headlight Switch Saver for the 1966 through 1973 Honda CB450 and SOHC4 motorcycles CB750K0/1/2 with the OFF-LO-HI switch on the handlebars.
This DUAL-RELAY Kit reduces the high current in the OFF/LO/HI Switch that normally runs the headlight in the CB/CL450, CB750K0-K2, CB500 Four, and various other Honda models. If a halogen headlight is installed on these bikes, the current draw through the switch contacts can exceed the switch capacity, slowly causing damage to the switch itself. These switches are expensive and hard to find: this Kit will greatly extend the life of the switch.
You must supply the model of the bike that you intend to modify so the proper wiring instructions may be supplied with this Kit. Contact SOHC4shop@gmail.com to provide details. The small relays in this Kit can be installed inside the headlight shell, where it connects to the handlebar switch wiring. PLEASE NOTE: These are built when ordered, so allow a few extra days for assembly time.
